SPICY SPROUTS SANDWICH

The spicy sprouts sandwich is very beneficial to health.Hence, it is recommended to include spicy sprouts sandwich in our diet.

The ingredients of this are:

INGREDIENTS

  • Split Bengal Gram Sprouts- 2 tbsp
  • Onion, sliced -½ medium
  • Tomato, sliced -½ medium
  • Garlic, minced -½ tsp
  • Green Chilli, chopped-1
  • Whole wheat bread -2 slices
  • Cumin Powder -½ tsp
  • PavBhaji Masala -¼ tsp
  • Salt-to taste

DIRECTIONS

  • Take split bengal gram sprouts, garlic, green chilli in a bowl.
  • Season with cumin powder, pavbhaji masala, rock salt and mix. Mash together for the stuffing.
  • Place onion, sprouts stuffing and tomato on a slice of bread.
  • Sprinkle little salt and place another slice of bread. Spicy sprouts sandwich is ready!
