Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked mixed sprouts (moong , chana , matki etc)
    2 cups chopped spinach (palak)
    1 cup finely chopped onions
    1 tsp garlic (lehsun) paste and 1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
    1/2 tsp chilli powder
    1 tsp pav bhaji masala and 1/4 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
    salt to taste

Method 

  1. Heat a deep non-stick pan, add the onions and garlic paste and sauté on a medium flame for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the tomatoes and ¼ cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  3. Add the spinach, chilli powder, pav bhaji masala, turmeric powder and salt, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
  4. Now, Add the mixed sprouts and ¼ cup of water, mix well and cook on a medium flame for 2 minutes, while stirring occasionally.

Serve hot
